Shipping, delivery times and fees

Accepted Answer

Every item is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Toques and the Mama / Papa hoodie are embroidered in Ontario and arrive in Canada 2 to 5 business days after production. Baby, toddler and kids apparel and ornaments are made in our US workshop and arrive in Canada 3 to 5 business days after production (up to 12 in the Atlantic provinces), with duties prepaid so there is nothing to pay at the door; US orders arrive in 3 to 4 business days. Shipping is a flat 8.95 CAD in Canada and 6.95 USD in the US, per order, however many items. Christmas delivery: order by December 5. Printed adult pieces, totes, nursery prints and throws may be produced at different Printful facilities and arrive in separate packages. Timing varies by item and destination; allow approximately 7 to 15 business days including production for these pieces. Their routing and import charges can differ from the embroidered collection.

Question 2

Returns, exchanges and mistakes

Accepted Answer

Personalized items are made for one child, so we cannot resell them and do not accept returns for change of mind or size. If we made a mistake (wrong name, wrong spelling, wrong colour, a defect), send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we remake it free or refund you in full. If the name you typed had a typo, we will remake it at cost price.

Question 3

How personalization works

Accepted Answer

Choose Script, Rounded or Classic Serif lettering. Names and short titles allow up to 16 characters, including accents; toques allow 8. Lettering scales to fit. Embroidered pieces use contrasting thread. Our printed family collection offers Classic lettering, Little stars, Little melody and Movie night artwork, plus a caption up to 24 characters. Nursery prints and keepsake throws also allow an optional birth date. Wooden ornaments can include a back message up to 60 characters. Check spelling, font, colour, size and design before checkout. The on-screen preview is an illustration; final placement and colour may vary slightly with the garment and production process. Use your own words and artwork you have permission to use.

Bodysuits: 6M fits 12 to 16 lb, 12M 16 to 20 lb, 18M 20 to 24 lb, 24M 24 to 28 lb. Premium bodysuit: 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m by age. Toddler tee and hoodie: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T by age; the hoodie's 5-6T covers both. Kids crewneck: sizes 2 to 7 by age. Kids hoodie: S (6-7), M (8), L (10-12), XL (14). Toques: one size, stretch knit, from about 18 months up. Mama / Papa hoodie: unisex S to 2XL, true to size. Embroidery does not change fit. New printed adult tees and crewnecks are offered in S to 2XL: the women’s tee has a relaxed women’s cut, and the family tee and crewneck have unisex cuts. Baby tees and Little Star bodysuits are offered in 6M, 12M, 18M and 24M. Sizes vary by manufacturer. Nursery prints are 8 x 10 inches, unframed. Keepsake throws are 30 x 40 inches.
